Thing #29: Plastic Hanger
All my hangers were made of wood, except for this one. I don't even know where this one came from. And now you are reading a blog post about a plastic hanger.
So I'll put in something totally unrelated, which is that this image really demonstrates the weird effect I'm getting with this camera that isn't really a camera. It's a little hand-held digital video camera that I got for Christmas (free gift from employer), and it also takes still photos. I don't have a real digital camera, so I'm using this. Anyway, the resolution is plenty high (these are all reduced to 1/8 scale on each axis), but it does this weird thing where it makes the center of the image more red and the edges of the image more green. It's a really pronounced effect on red or green or white backgrounds. It doesn't really do it in video mode, either, which is good if I never need to record video of something. To correct for the imbalance, I'm thinking of making a negative mask and retroactively applying to all the old images, so if you're reading this in the future and it doesn't look like there's a big weird red light in the middle, then I must have fixed it well enough.
