In the 90s, it was cool to keep your wallet away from thieves by chaining it to your pants. If you don't remember, the 90s were all about safety and practicality. Wait, that doesn't sound right.
Regardless, I bought this chain to wear to a high school dance because I thought it would look great with my zoot suit-style rented tuxedo. And it did look great, because it was the 90s.
